Our Heidelberg SM74 B2 5 colour press is our latest offering in a line up of three presses. It can be used for the production of full colour brochures and promotional items superbly with the option of a spot colour or varnish all in one pass, although multiple passes prove to be no problem whatsoever. Our other presses are excellent at smaller sized process & spot colour work, and tend to be used for all of our corporate stationery work and similar items. In-house finishing techniques include trimming, shape cutting, folder and wallet making, creasing, scoring, folding, booklet making (folding, stitching and trimming), perfing, numbering, padding, and collating. With a reliable set of local finishers we can cater for all other types of finishing including UV varnishes, matt and gloss laminating, mounting, foiling, embossing, wiro-binding and perfect binding for example.

Autoload B2 CtP (Computer to Plate) system. Running with a Postscript Level
3 Delta 7.5 rip on a dual processor 1.4Ghz Pentium Pro NT server with OPI.
Produces punched, in perfect register, B2 plates.
